Public hearing on the proposed school budget: May 12th

On Monday, April 7th, the Board of Education adopted a $60.7 million budget proposal for the 2025-26 school year. This represents a 6.74% increase over the current year, made possible in part due to a $3.1 million (12.5%) increase in state aid next year. Our maximum allowable tax levy increase is 2.63%. Please see the budget presentation HERE for more details. The public hearing on the budget is Monday, May 12th at 6 p.m. at the district office. Board candidate petitions are also still available at the district office.
